Empress Condo

The Empress Condo project included asphalt milling, paving, and striping to restore and improve the parking and access areas of the property. The process began with milling the existing asphalt to remove worn and uneven surfaces, ensuring a proper base for new pavement.

A fresh layer of asphalt was then installed, creating a smooth, durable surface designed to handle daily traffic and environmental conditions. Final striping enhanced parking organization and traffic flow, improving safety and maximizing the usability of the space.
