Ginger Tree

The Ginger Tree project included asphalt milling, paving, and striping to revitalize the community’s roadways and parking areas. The process began with milling the existing asphalt to remove surface wear and create a stable base for the new pavement.

A new asphalt layer was then installed, delivering a smooth, durable surface that enhances both appearance and performance. Final striping was completed to clearly define parking spaces and traffic flow, improving safety, organization, and overall functionality within the community.
