High Pointe

The High Pointe project involved asphalt milling, paving, and striping to upgrade both roadway and parking areas within the community. The existing asphalt was milled to remove surface deterioration and ensure a stable, even foundation.

A new asphalt layer was then installed, delivering a smooth and durable finish that enhances both functionality and appearance. Final striping was completed to clearly define parking spaces and traffic flow, improving safety, organization, and overall usability of the property.
