Coral Lake Tower

The Coral Lake Tower project included drainage improvements, asphalt milling, and paving to restore and upgrade the parking and roadway areas. Existing asphalt was milled to remove deteriorated surfaces and correct irregularities, ensuring a stable base for new paving.

Drainage enhancements were implemented to improve water flow and prevent future surface damage. A new asphalt layer was installed, delivering a smooth, durable finish designed to withstand daily traffic in a residential environment. The result is a safer, more efficient, and long-lasting surface.
