Atlantic Plaza
The Atlantic Plaza project combined large-scale sealcoating and pavement striping for a busy retail shopping center in Broward County. With nearly 70,000 square feet of pavement and a high volume of active tenants, the work was phased across four stages to minimize disruption to surrounding businesses.
Our team thoroughly cleaned and sealcoated the entire surface using a rubber-fortified pavement sealer for long-term durability, then restriped all parking lines, car stops, fire lanes, and stop bars to bring the lot back up to code.
The completed project delivers a refreshed, uniform parking lot with extended pavement life, clearer traffic flow, and improved safety for tenants and shoppers.
