The MTI project included a full asphalt rehabilitation process with milling, paving, and striping to restore performance and improve the overall layout. Our team began by removing the existing worn surface through asphalt milling, ensuring a stable base for the new installation.

We then installed a fresh layer of high-quality asphalt, creating a smooth, durable surface designed to handle daily traffic efficiently. Final striping was completed with precision to clearly define parking spaces, improve traffic flow, and enhance safety throughout the property.
