Chase Bank

This commercial paving project included Asphalt milling and paving to restore the parking lot and improve its long-term performance. The existing worn pavement was milled to remove deteriorated asphalt and create a smooth, properly prepared surface for the new pavement.

A new layer of high-quality asphalt was then installed to provide a durable, even driving surface capable of withstanding daily customer and employee traffic. The finished pavement enhances safety, improves curb appeal, and extends the service life of the parking lot.
