Baywood

The Baywood project included asphalt milling, paving, and striping to fully restore the community’s roadways and parking areas. The existing asphalt was milled to remove surface deterioration and create a stable base for new pavement installation.

New asphalt was then applied to deliver a smooth, uniform surface with proper grading and compaction, improving both appearance and performance. Once paving was completed, precise striping was installed to clearly define parking spaces and enhance traffic organization throughout the property.

This project significantly improved driving conditions, safety, and the overall look of the community, providing a clean and long-lasting result for residents.
