Golden Bay Towe

The Golden Bay Tower project combined drainage improvements with asphalt milling and paving to enhance both functionality and long-term durability. The process began with the installation of a new drainage system, including trench excavation and pipe placement to improve water flow and prevent future surface damage.

Following the drainage work, asphalt milling was performed to remove the existing deteriorated surface. A new asphalt layer was then installed, providing a smooth, durable finish designed to withstand traffic and environmental conditions. The result is a safer, more efficient parking and roadway area with improved drainage performance.
